Emilio S 21220eea9d fix(setup-attic-cache): check cache existence before create 
attic cache create was called unconditionally, always failing with
an AccessError since the nix-config cache already exists and the CI
token lacks cache-create permission. The error was swallowed by
|| true but still printed every run. Check via 'attic cache info'
first so create is only attempted when actually needed.
